Misbranding

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

In addition to the other provisions of this article, a spray adjuvant is misbranded if the label fails to state the type or function and the names of the principal functioning agents. If more than three functioning agents are present, only the three principal ones need be named.
