Definitions and Short Title

Known as the California Meat and Poultry Inspection Act

The act spans §§ 18650–18935 (111 sections).

Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.

“Adulterated” means any livestock product or poultry product which is in violation of Article 4 (commencing with Section 18751) of this chapter.
