Equine Protection: Enforcement

Known as the Equine Protection Act

The act spans §§ 24101–24134 (35 sections).

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 747, Sec. 2.

If ownership is proved to the satisfaction of the director, the animal shall be returned to the owner upon payment by the owner of all expenses which were incurred in the handling of the animal.
