Equine Protection: Enforcement

Known as the Equine Protection Act

The act spans §§ 24101–24134 (35 sections).

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 747, Sec. 2.

The proceeds from the sale of any animal shall be paid into, and the expenses of holding, advertising, sale, and other incidental expenses shall be paid from, the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund.
