Wax Salvage

Known as the Apiary Protection Act

The act spans §§ 29000–29322 (136 sections).

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1404, Sec. 2.

No person shall remove, salvage, or attempt to salvage, any bees, comb, honey, royal jelly, pollen, beeswax, or frames from any diseased colony, including American foulbrood disease, except pursuant to this article or Section 29074.
