Emergency Standards, Containers, Color Classifications, and Markings

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

No emergency standard shall be construed to modify in any respect any provision of this chapter which is designed to prevent deception or mislabeling, or which is designed to prevent the marketing of honey which is unwholesome or which would fail to give consumer satisfaction.
