Labeling of Honey as to Origin and Flavor

Every container and subcontainer of imported honey shall be labeled with the name of the territory or foreign country from which it is imported or, when it is repackaged subsequent to importation, in accordance with subdivision (a) or (b):

(a) As “imported,” if repackaged either as a blend with honey imported from one or more other foreign countries or is repackaged without such blending.

(b) As “domestic and imported blend,” if blended with domestic honey.
