Short Title and Definitions

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 460, Sec. 9

“Dairy farm” means any place or premises upon which milk is produced for sale or other distribution and where more than two cows or water buffalo, or six goats, sheep, or other hooved mammals, are in lactation.
