Short Title and Definitions

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

“Pasteurized” means that the milk or milk product has been subjected to a process which is described in Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 34001) of this part, or other process which has been demonstrated to be equally efficient and has been approved by the director.
