General Requirements

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 771.

It is unlawful for any person to sell any milk, or any product of milk, from cows or goats that are reactors to a brucellosis test applied in accordance with the law and regulations of the department.
