Permits

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

Every person, before engaging in the business of producing market milk or manufacturing milk, shall obtain a permit from the secretary or from the approved milk inspection service that is maintained by the county designated by the secretary pursuant to this chapter for each dairy farm.
