“Frozen dairy dessert” is the food prepared by freezing while stirring a pasteurized mix containing milk or ingredients, derived from milk, or both, and which may contain other optional safe and suitable ingredients. Frozen dairy desserts contain less than six percent, by weight, of nonfat milk solids, exclusive of any caseinates, and less than 75,000 bacteria per gram.
