Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

Market milk, skim milk, buttermilk, or cultured buttermilk for sale or disposal to the retail trade shall not be transferred from one receptacle to another upon any highway, any street or sidewalk, or upon any vehicle or in any place except a milk room as specified in Section 34591 or in a place where such product is served for consumption on the premises.
