Any container which is found to have been used in violation of the requirements of this code shall be condemned and marked with the word “condemned” in any appropriate manner. Such a container shall not be used again in connection with the handling of milk or any product of milk for human consumption, until it has been cleaned or repaired in a manner which is acceptable to the director.
