Licensing of Milk Products Plants and Other Places of Business

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

An application for a milk products plant license shall be made on a form which is prescribed by the director. It shall state all of the following:

(a) The name and address of the applicant.

(b) The address of the milk products plant.

(c) Such other information as to the nature of the applicant’s business as the director may require.
