Oleomargarine and Imitation Ice Cream Licenses

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Amended by Stats. 1980, Ch. 790.

It is unlawful for any person, unless he has a license to do so, to engage in the business of manufacturing, freezing, or processing any of the following:

(a) Oleomargarine, or margarine, colored oleomargarine or colored margarine, renovated butter, or a substitute for butter.

(b) Imitation ice cream or imitation ice milk.
