Butter Permits and Licenses

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

Application for such license shall be made to the director who shall examine each applicant as to his qualifications and knowledge of butter grades and of the law applicable to him. The fee for a butter grader’s license shall accompany the application.
