Misrepresentation

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

A label or advertisement of market milk is false, misleading, or deceptive if in any particular it is untrue, or by ambiguity or inference creates a misleading or deceptive impression regarding the production, handling, processing, quality, composition, merits, or value of such market milk.
