Misrepresentation

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

Except as otherwise provided in this division, it is unlawful for any person to sell, purchase, use, or represent as market milk or market cream any milk or cream which is combined with any other substance or compound.
