Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act
The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).
Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.
As used in this chapter:
(a) “Package” includes cartons, wrappers, or other containers which are used for the sale of butter to the retail trade.
(b) When “numerals” appear following words which relate to scoring, the numerals represent the score of the butter, 100 being a perfect score.
