General Provisions

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Repealed and added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 787, Sec. 4.2.

It is unlawful for a restaurant or any other place where food is served to the public for consumption on the premises to misrepresent products resembling milk products as milk products.
