Plant Licensing

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

Added by Stats. 1968

It is unlawful for any person to sell, give away, deliver, or to knowingly purchase or receive any product resembling milk products which has been produced in a plant that is in an insanitary condition, or that is handled by any carrier or any store or depot that is in an insanitary condition.
