Labels

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Repealed and added by Stats. 1968, Ch. 1250.

Any person or association or corporation engaged in the manufacture, sale, or distribution of products resembling milk products shall label such products in accordance with the provisions of this article and with regulations which shall be adopted by the director. The labels may be submitted to the director for approval.
