Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 473.

Any product labeled as a “nondairy product” and containing one or more ingredients derived from milk shall clearly indicate upon such label, in a manner established by the director through regulation, which ingredients are milk derivatives.
