General Provisions

Known as the Milk and Milk Products Act

The act spans §§ 32501–39912 (683 sections).

Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 512, Sec. 9.

It is unlawful for any person knowingly to possess or have under his or her control any margarine, dairy spread, or spread, except for actual consumption by himself or herself or his or her family, unless it is labeled in conformity with this chapter.
