Stop-Sale Orders

Known as the California Seed Law

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

It is unlawful for any person to move or otherwise dispose of any lot of seed which is held under a “stop-sale” order except under written permission of an enforcing officer or under his specific direction and for the purposes which are specified.
