Seed-certifying Agencies

Known as the California Seed Law

The act spans §§ 52251–52515 (98 sections).

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 715, Sec. 5

In addition to any late charge, a seed-certifying agency, pursuant to procedures adopted by the seed-certifying agency, may suspend certification services to any person who fails to timely pay any fee or late charge required by this article.
