Short Title and Definitions

Known as the The California Marketing Act

The act spans §§ 58601–59293 (223 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

“Fish” means every form of fish, either salt water or fresh water fish, which is used for human consumption, except fish for canning, retorting, reduction, or use in an extraction process.
