Minor Amendments

Known as the The California Marketing Act

The act spans §§ 58601–59293 (223 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

The director may require a public hearing upon minor amendments if in his opinion the substance of such minor amendments so warrant. The director is not, however, required to submit minor amendments for written assents or referendum approval.
