Short Title and Definitions

Known as the Agricultural Producers Marketing Law

The act spans §§ 59501–60016 (158 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

“Handler” means any person that receives any commodity from the producer for the purpose of marketing it.
