General Provisions

Known as the Agricultural Producers Marketing Law

The act spans §§ 59501–60016 (158 sections).

Enacted By Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

The production and marketing of commodities by producers within this state is declared to be affected with a public interest. The provisions of this chapter are enacted in the exercise of the police powers of this state for the purpose of protecting the health, peace, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state.
