Proration Certificates

Known as the Agricultural Producers Marketing Law

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

In the case of any commodity which is normally concentrated for preparation for market, the marketing program committee may authorize the harvesting of the entire commodity for the purpose of delivery to a concentration point and subsequent marketing control.
