Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 61477

Any party that disobeys any order or subpoena of the director is guilty of contempt and shall be certified to the superior court of the state, in and for the county wherein such contempt occurs, for punishment for such contempt in accordance with Sections 11180 to 11191, inclusive, of the Government Code.
