“Salmon” means the following species of fish:
(a) King or chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha).
(b) Silver or coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch).
(c) Pink or humpback salmon (Oncorhynchus gorhuscha).
