Known as the California Salmon Marketing and Development Act

The act spans §§ 76501–76981 (88 sections).

Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1500, Sec. 1.

The council shall not expend council funds for the advertising of brand name salmon products. The council may expend council funds to conduct cost-sharing advertising with nonbrand name salmon products.
