California Seafood Council
Known as the California Seafood Marketing, Research, and Development Act
The act spans §§ 78401–78588 (84 sections).

One nonvoting member of the council may be appointed by the secretary to represent each of the following entities:
(a) The department.
(b) The Department of Fish and Game.
(c) The California Sea Grant Program.
(d) The State Department of Health Services.
