Interstate Acquisitions

Known as the Industrial Loan Law

The act spans §§ 18000–18707 (410 sections).

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 479, Sec. 6

This chapter does not apply to any of the following transactions:

(a) An acquisition of control of a California industrial loan company that requires the approval of the commissioner under Section 18138.

(b) A sale or merger that requires the approval of the commissioner under Division 1.5 (commencing with Section 4800).
