Short Title, Construction, and Severability

Known as the Business and Industrial Development Corporations Law

The act spans §§ 31000–31952 (132 sections).

If any provision of this division or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect other provisions or applications of this division which can be given effect without the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this division are declared to be severable.
