Corporate Accounts
Known as the State Assistance Fund for Enterprise Act
The act spans §§ 32000 to 32823 (65 sections).
Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1040, Sec. 15.
In addition to other accounts the board may establish, the financial accounts of the corporation shall include:
(a) A general operating account.
(b) A general reserve account.
(c) An enterprise loan fund.
(d) A government guaranteed securities trust fund.
