Definitions

Known as the Economic Revitalization Act

The act spans §§ 12096–12100 (63 sections).

For purposes of this chapter:

(a) “Office” means the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.

(b) “Director” means the Director of the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.
