Actions and Penalties

Known as the California Tourism Marketing Act

The act spans §§ 13995–13995 (73 sections).

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 229, Sec. 1.5

Any person who files false information concerning an assessment is civilly liable in an amount of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), in addition to any amount owed as the assessment.
