Cal. Gov. Code § 14663

State Property

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.

With the consent of the state agency concerned, the director may establish boundaries between property of the state held in proprietary capacity and property in private ownership, and execute and accept in behalf and in the name of the state instruments necessary to the establishment of any such boundary.
