Cal. Gov. Code § 14671

State Property

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.

Notwithstanding Section 14670, the Director of General Services, with the consent of the state agency concerned, may let for any period of time any real or personal property which belongs to the state, for radio or television purposes where he deems such letting is in the best interests of the state.
