Cal. Gov. Code § 14871

Operation of the Office of State Printing

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.

Orders for printing shall be forwarded to the department by the state agency ordering the printing. Such orders shall contain a statement showing that sufficient funds have been encumbered and made available to cover the cost of the printing ordered. The Office of State Printing shall not commence work until a printing order, approved by an authorized officer of the agency ordering the printing, has been received.
