Cal. Gov. Code § 23374

Election on Creation of the Proposed County

Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1392.

All costs of an election shall be paid by the principal county, if the creation of the proposed county is defeated, or by the proposed county if it is created pursuant to this chapter.
