Cal. Gov. Code § 25521

Sale or Lease of Real Property

Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1800.

The board of supervisors of any county may sell or lease for a term not exceeding 99 years, without a vote of the electors of the county first being taken, any real property belonging to the county.
