Cal. Gov. Code § 26026

Airports

Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 587.

The board of supervisors, by a four-fifths vote, may contribute money to the United States for the acquisition or improvement by the United States or any of its authorized agencies of airports in the county, when, in the judgment of the board it is in the interest of the county so to do.
