Cal. Gov. Code § 29927

General

Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.

The payments shall be made, as they mature, by warrants to the holder of the registered obligations, as shown by the register in the office of the State Controller, until the obligations are fully satisfied and discharged, and any balance then remaining shall be passed to the general account and credit of the county.
