Grants of Property

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

Whether governed under general laws or charter, a local agency may donate and grant to the United States real property which it owns within its boundaries as a site for post-office and federal office buildings and grounds.

A local agency may expend its funds, incur indebtedness, and issue bonds for the acquisition of such sites.
