The Short-Term Rental Facilitator Act of 2025
Known as the Short-Term Rental Facilitator Act
The act spans §§ 50990–50996 (7 sections).
Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 751, Sec. 2
(a) This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the “Short-Term Rental Facilitator Act of 2025.”
(b) This chapter shall only apply to a local agency that adopts an ordinance that makes the provisions of this chapter applicable within its jurisdictional boundaries.
